On March 23rd 2017, Cappius was selected to showcase its “Customer Insight” Platform at the HYSEA 2017 Summit in Hyderabad, India. It was quite an event, filled with great exhibition booths and presentations. Our team enjoyed the summit and solved many queries on data science and how it can digitally transform an enterprise.
The Cappius demo pod was managed by young and energetic data scientists and interacted with some fantastic people. Some came from the BI space and were curious about what Cappius did, what products it developed and what services it provided? Other’s knew us and wanted to find out more about our Customer Insights platform.
Customer Insights is a data science & artificial intelligence (AI) based platform that implements analytics services to help businesses acquire, develop and retain their customers. Customer Insights is part of Customer Experience Management (CEM) and is defined by Gartner as “the practice of designing and reacting to customer interactions to meet or exceed customer expectations and, thus, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.”
Our Customer Insights platform helps to interpret the trends in customer buying behaviors which aims to increase effectiveness of a product or service for the consumer, as well as increase sales for mutual benefit.
We loved the various sessions at HYSEA, not because we showcased our Customer Insight Platform, but because of the people we had deep conversations with. Roughly 10% of the people we met had some hard implementation problem to overcome for customer insights. They all understand that data science will solve their problems but getting their team up and running was hard.
